This is a magical way of bringing the mind, body and spirit back into harmony and alignment. Singing bowls are strategically placed on the body and played gently and rhythmically to bring the chakras back into balance.
Postpartum Sound Massage

Birth is a profound and powerful initiation and support during postpartum is essential. A postpartum sound massage is gentle and relaxing with a focus on settling the nervous system through sealing your aura and grounding you back into your body. When we are grounded, embodied and calm, we are better able to deal with all the physical and emotional changes that come during this precious time.

Heartlight Sound Journey

This is a peaceful and loving sound bath (bowls are played in the auric field and not on the body) while you are guided on a journey to your heart. Peter Hess singing bowls are used together with koshi chimes, venus chimes, icaros flute, steel drum and gong.

Universal life force energy is channelled through the hands and heart to the auric field and body to assist with releasing energetic blockages, balancing energy centres, opening meridians and offering the peaceful frequency of Reiki energy. Reiki can refresh, relax and recharge. It also offers the space for spiritual insight on concerns or issues.
